Our programmes
Lifewalks
Lifewalks is a walking for health scheme which takes place in various walking routes within Lee Valley. Each walk will encourage you to walk a little faster than usual and all abilities are welcome. These walks are a great chance to meet new people whilst leading a more active lifestyle.
Sensory walks
Lee Valley are introducing new walking routes throughout our open spaces which will include sensory highlights points throughout the route. Sensory walks allow you to use your senses to connect with your surroundings whilst you stay active. Taking part in this activity will help you to develop social connections, explore the use of your senses, and support your health and fitness.
These walks are designed for those with complex disabilities but can be enjoyed by anyone.
Bespoke sensory walks
Lee Valley can offer sensory walks to groups and organisations who'd like a more personalised experience. We'll ensure the routes cater for the specific needs of each group. If you'd like to organise a bespoke walk then please get in touch at activation@leevalleypark.org.uk.
