Do I need to pre book a session?

There is no need to pre book for our walking programmes. Please following booking links which are attached to all other event listings.

Do I need a referral to attend a session?

No, all of our sessions are self-referral apart from Active Herts Sessions.

Do I need to fill out any forms?

Yes, a registration form must be filled out by any new participants.

Will outdoor sessions go ahead regardless of weather conditions?

Sessions will go ahead unless high winds or thunder and lightning. Please ensure you bring suitable clothing with you.
