Active Herts have a vast array of low impact exercise sessions which are all led by qualified health and wellbeing coaches.

Inclusion criteria:

Over 16 years of age
Does less than 30 minutes of Physical Activity a week
A resident living in the Borough of Broxbourne

Active Herts Stretch & Relax at Lee Valley White Water Centre

Take a deep breath and unwind in this new holistic based class. The class will comprise of a number of supple strength exercises and stretches which will promote flexibility, mobility, blood flow, mood and mindfulness. For anyone who struggles with join pain and general stress this class would be ideal.

When: Thursdays at 11:15 - 12:15
Cost: first 6 weeks FREE then £4.50 a session. Free car parking

Have you lost your rhythm and looking to make some lifestyle changes? If the answer is yes then why not join this new Active Herts class.

Exercise does not have to be daunting. Come and join this friendly low-impact exercise class and enjoy moving to the beat. Our experienced instructor will help you take your first steps to a more active lifestyle.

This class has been designed for people who are new to exercise and want to build up their fitness slowly.

When: Wednesdays at 18:30 - 19:30
