Flavour Fred foraging walks - 1 September

These walks are an introduction to foraging for flavour in order to teach on the rules and regulations, identification techniques, and the risks associated with wild food and drink. Throughout the walk George will identify seasonal ingredients and compare and contrast with their dangerous counterparts. During this they will be regularly visiting certain techniques of preservation and ways in which to create tasty wild ingredients to use at home along with a few tasters.
