Rivers and Lakes

Students will follow the path of the River Lea and conduct field sketches as we explore it’s features and wildlife. Using binoculars students will discover and record the Park’s diverse waterbirds from our Wildlife Discovery Centre.

Session covers: identification of river features and processes, field sketching, comparing natural and manmade waterways, observing and recording waterbirds
