Special offer Terms and Conditions – Learning and Engagement Winter Offer

 

These Special offer Terms and Conditions apply to all Learning and Engagement programmes  for paid for programmes delivered by the Lee Valley Learning and Engagement Service (the Offer), operated by Lee Valley Regional Park Authority (the Authority) of Myddelton House, Bulls Cross, Enfield, Middlesex EN2 9HG.

 

1. The Offer is valid for programmes booked for dates between 1 November 2025 and 28 February 2026.

2. The Offer entitles you to receive 20% off the standard full day and discovery day rate of £290 per class and half day rate of £210 per class.

3. The programme must be booked and delivered prior to 28 February 2026.

4. The Offer is a standalone offer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer

5. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash and has no cash value.

6. The Offer cannot be sold, transferred or assigned.

7. The Authority reserves the right to cancel this promotional Offer at any time without notice.

8. Any personal data we collect as part of the Offer will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation and as set out in the Authority’s privacy notice, which you can find at www.leevalleypark.org.uk/privacy-policy

9. Employees (or members of the families or households of employees) of Lee Valley Regional Park Authority cannot redeem the Offer.

10. Programmes booked through the Learning and Engagement Service using the Offer are subject to the Authority’s Standard Terms and Conditions and Lee Valley Learning and Engagement Terms and Conditions.
