Sensory Walk

Join us for a relaxing Sensory Walk and take time to reconnect with nature, your surroundings, and your wellbeing. Through gentle guided activities, participants will be encouraged to engage their senses, notice the world around them, and enjoy the benefits of mindfulness, fresh air, and social connection. Suitable for all abilities.

Parking: at Lee Valley White Water Centre, Lee Valley Athletics Centre and Lee Valley Ice centre is free and you’ll need to input your car registration upon arrival. Please check our website for all other open space
