Exciting opportunity for novice walkers to take part in Nordic walking within the park

Location: 

Over the course of four weeks, the programme will cover the fundamental principles of Nordic Walking   and aim to build your confidence to participate regularly. Benefits include improved coordination, increased endurance, decreased stress on joints, enhanced muscle strength and improved cardiovascular fitness.
 
To maximise the benefits of the programme, attendance at all four weekly   sessions is essential :

  • 25 Sept
