Ella Grace is a dream to manoeuvre and can access any canals due to her size. Excellent Vetus m3 engine in top order and very reliable, starts first time every time. 

The cabin houses a double bed with ample storage underneath, a wardrobe and cupboards. 

The shower room was fitted aprox a year ago, with excellent water pressure for the shower, Thetford C402 flush toilet with two cassettes and bowl sink. 

The galley boasts a 4-ring hob, oven and grill (valor m2} sink, drainer, proline fridge and fitted cupboards and shelves. 

The main cabin has an original dinette table and corner seater with converts to a spacious double bed and various fitted cupboards. 

Ella Grace has an interior roof of 6'5", unusually high and gives a spacious, wider than most bright feeling to the boat. Heating for winter is provided by LPG radiators, and therm x catalytic heater. You can be in a t-shirt all winter on this boat! (no dusty log burners or cold mornings) Alde Comfort 2920 provides heating and/or hot water as well as a calorifier run by the engine. 

Solar panels on the roof provide ample power (1640W), and a 3000W inverter provides 12V and 240V power, even in low light. A digital battery meter (Metei 2) inside the boat gives accurate, tested readings. A Galvanic isolator by Safeshore Marines. Large water tank, bigger than most widebeams. Gas locker with 2 gas tanks. Stern and bow covers. 

Ella Grace can be kept at her home mooring, subject to both parties attending the marina office to sign. The cost of mooring is £235.64 per month. All moorings have a nice garden space, which is quite unusual and private parking by the station and a gated entrance.
