Mo Farah won gold during the London 2012 Olympics in the Mens 5000m 🥇


His winning time was 13 minutes, 41 seconds!

Every Saturday, there is a parkrun at Gunpowder Park which is open to all. 


It starts at 09:00 and it is 2 laps of the park (our mapped route follows the same as parkrun). 


What is parkrun?

A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it's up to you! You can sign up on the website to receive a barcode and each time you take part, you'll get an official time when you scan your barcode. No pre-booking required, just turn up!
