Join our fun, friendly and fitness based women's only BMXercise session that are aimed at those who want an enjoyable experience while improving their confidence, strength and fitness. You'll be amazed at how quickly you can progress. Get ready to fall in love with BMXing!
You must be able to confidently ride a bike
Arms and legs must be fully covered
Bike, helmet and glove hire is included with this session
You need to be in the equipment room dressed to ride 15 minutes before start time
