We’re delighted to say that our venues have been awarded the official Visit England ‘We’re Good to Go’ mark. That means that they’re COVID secure, meet public health guidance on COVID-19 and that all the required health and safety measures are in place.
Ensuring a safe environment for our visitors and staff is, and will continue to be, our number one priority.
We’ve changed the way we run things: limited capacities, introduced additional hygiene and cleaning measures, moved to online and cashless systems and installed screens. Next time you come, you'll see our staff wearing personal protective equipment to protect themselves and customers where necessary.

What to do if you need to change your booking
All you need to do is get in touch with the team at the venue you’re booked to visit and they’ll go through the options and amend your booking as needed.
If you don’t know exactly when you’ll be able to rebook your session we can pop your booking into a holding list and you can use it when you’re ready. There’s no rush, you’ll have until 31 March 2022 to use your booking.
