Keeping you safe when visiting Wildlife Discovery Centre

Throughout the Coronavirus outbreak, keeping our visitors, staff and volunteers safe has been our top priority.

To help ensure everyone’s safety we need you to follow these instructions.

NHS Test and Trace

When visiting our venues please check in with the NHS Test and Trace app. If you don’t have a smart phone or you run into any problems our team are on hand to help.

Our centre

  • We want to make sure your visit to the Wildlife Discovery Centre is safe: We expect and recommend that you wear face coverings in our venues when people are nearby and especially in crowded areas. Please be considerate of other visitors and give them space.

  • Face coverings are mandatory if you use the lift in the tower

  • Hand sanitiser is available on site

  • Currently Visitor numbers have been reviewed, however they’re still limited to avoid overcrowding and allow for social distancing so there may be a short wait before entering the building if we’re busy

  • Visitors must follow on site instruction to allow a safe one-way flow around the building.

  • Seats throughout the hide have been spaced to help maintain social distancing
