Keeping you safe at our campsites
Throughout the Coronavirus outbreak, keeping our visitors, staff and volunteers safe has been our top priority.
To help ensure everyone’s safety we need you to follow these instructions.
NHS Test and Trace
When visiting our venues please check in with the NHS Test and Trace app. If you don’t have a smart phone or you run into any problems our team are on hand to help.
All bookings will need to be made and paid for in advance online
We expect and recommend that you wear face coverings in our venues when people are nearby and especially in busy areas
In order to minimise risk we would encourage 1m+ social distancing. You should limit the close contact you have with those you do not usually live with. Please be considerate of other visitors and give them space
At our sites
We’ve stepped up the cleaning frequency in our toilet and shower blocks as well as any communal areas
In our shops we’re keeping our protective screens. We encourage people to observe any distance markings and limits on the number of people allowed in the communal areas – these are in place for the safety of you and our staff
Hand sanitiser will be available on site but we also recommend that you bring your own as well
We thoroughly clean our camping pods and safari tents in line with recommended Covid standards
All our holiday lodges and thoroughly cleaned throughout after every guest using recommended cleaning agents, all furniture and carpets are sprayed as well. The lodges are fogged every month on top of their normal cleaning regime. All hot tubs are drained and cleaned between all guests
