Join this community that welcomes and empowers everyone – people of all body shapes, skin colours, ages, backgrounds, genders, sexualities and abilities to enjoy the healing power of cold water and community.

The physiological response triggered by cold water immersion is amazing. As the body adapts to the low temperatures, it releases endorphins, dopamine, and adrenaline—often called a “cold water high.” These natural chemicals help improve mood, reduce stress, and foster a sense of well-being, similar to a post-exercise glow. Beyond the immediate effects, regular cold water exposure may offer long-term mental health benefits. Scientific research indicates that cold water swimming can help alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety.


Our experienced swim leaders will provide a safe and supportive environment for participants to enjoy the benefits of cold water immersion and connect with like-minded individuals.
