This is a session designed for individuals new or returning to exercise. This 60 minute beginner LBT classes introduce body weight exercises with intervals all with a focus on strengthening the Legs, Bums, and Tums!
This all levels class is perfect for beginners as our friendly coaches offer many different variations to suit all levels.
