Bioblitz on Walthamstow Marshes

Calling all nature lovers, curious minds, and community champions! You're invited to take part in an exciting BioBlitz at our local Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) — the first one here since 2019!

Together, we'll uncover the rich tapestry of wildlife that calls this incredible site home. Armed with just your eyes, curiosity, and maybe a notebook, you'll help record the plants, animals, and insects we find — no experience needed!

Whether you're a seasoned naturalist or simply enjoy a stroll in nature, this is your chance to become a citizen scientist for the day. There will also be gudied tours by experts so you can learn more about what you see!
