Easter Woodcrafts

Do something different with your child this Easter and bring out their creative side as you make your own wooden Easter keepsakes – ideal to keep or to give as gifts to friends and family.

In this workshop our Ranger team will guide you through the practical skills and techniques needed to make wooden decorative items from scratch. You’ll get to use bow saws, work benches and hand drills – experts and novices alike are welcome to this hands-on workshop.

All the wood used in the workshop is from trees felled at Gunpowder Park as part of the site’s ongoing woodland management plan.
