Cycle to an Afternoon Tea

Join one of our experienced Rangers for a 30 mile circular cycle ride, through reservoirs and over hills, taking in an array of scenery.

We will stop for lunch in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park along with visiting Lee Valley VeloPark before returning via Epping Forest for tea and cake.

Top tips

  • This ride will take up to six hours so please make sure your party is capable of cycling long distances (30 miles)

  • Please bring your own cycle repair kit and all other equipment including a helmet

  • Please make sure you bring water with you

  • Lunch is not provided. You are welcome to bring your own picnic or buy lunch along the way

  • Car parking charges apply in Gunpowder car park

Getting here

By train: the nearest station is Enfield Lock on the Liverpool Street line (20 minute walk)

By bus: the 505 stops on Sewardstone Road (5 minute walk)

By car: 5 minute drive from the M25 J26
