Although not specifically for women only, these sessions are a great way to get active and reach your goals with fully qualified coaches.

£6 per session or FREE to membership holders

Mixing cardiovascular and high intensity training, our fully qualified coaches will have you up and active in no time at all at Lee Valley Athletics Centre.

Plus, there's no need to book! Simply turn up on the day and get moving!
