At Lee Valley we have a number of personal trainers that can help with your individual training needs. Whether you want to get fit, improve techniques or simply have some one-to-one training support we will have someone for you.
Mark is a fully qualified level 3 Personal Trainer and a former team GB international sprinter with over 15 years experience competing at a high level. He has worked with some top sprint and strength and conditioning coaches in the world throughout his career and is now sharing that knowledge with his clients whether fitness enthusiasts or in elite sports.
Mark was a World Championship sprint semi finalist (2006) a national sprint medalist and in the same season he ranked third in Europe (2005) he was also a nine time national sprint finalist over 100m & 200m.
Dwain is a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer. With 22 years of experience Dwain has won the 100m in the British national championships eight times (most recently in 2014), run 9.97 seconds (1999), won the world indoor championships (2010) and has represented Great Britain at two Olympic Games (2000 & 2012).
Dwain has run the third fastest time in history over the 60m and currently holds the European and British Record over the 60m with an amazing time of 6.42 seconds (2009). To date Dwain is the only Athlete to of run sub ten seconds over the 100m in three decades.
Whether you’re an elite sportsmen or a keen fitness enthusiast, Dwain will tailor sessions, accommodate clients of all ages and abilities and is passionate about helping his clients achieve their goals.

Graduated from Middlesex University in 2006 with a BSC honours degree in sports rehabilitation of injuries, she later acquired a level 3 Personal Training and Nutrition Certificate.
Jacqueline is a freelance practitioner who specialises in providing treatment for injuries. She not only treats athletes but anybody with an injury. As a personal trainer Jacqueline has the versatility to take on clients in a training capacity. Her passion is to help clients set and achieve personal goals, whether you are trying to lose weight or preparing for a specific event she will give you help and tips along with technical support to help you stay motivated.
Her aim is to help and support you overcome any injuries throughout the process. This will ultimately help you mentally and physically achieve your goals and dreams.

Grant is a fully qualified level 3 Reps Personal Trainer and body transformation coach, sponsored fitness model and Fitness model competitor.
Having worked in the city for 10 years as a Commodity broker making the transition into becoming a personal trainer and coach was an easy option as his passion and dedication to his clients and their individual goals speaks volumes.
Grant has gone through his own body transformation and career change so has all the experience you need in order to achieve the results you want in a fun and sustainable way.

Delroy has dedicated his life to health and fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals. He is a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with 22 years of practical experience in weight training and fitness. Delroy is a pro fitness model in two federations and is the current world champion (2016). He is also a British powerlifting competitor, 100 and 200 metre sprinter, kick boxer, body transformation coach, qualified kettle bell instructor and circuit trainer.
Delroy specialises in body composition, fitness, strength & conditioning, weight management, competition prep and nutritional advice.

Daniel is a Personal trainer and Sports massage therapist. He is a very self-motivated, enthusiastic and efficient Brazilian, from a football background working with high level athletes on their strength and conditioning.
Daniel has a professional attitude and the ability to treat and interact with clients in a respectful manner, he is flexible and able to adapt training styles to suit clients` unique requirements.
With sports massage Daniel operates manually manipulating the soft body tissues – muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments, to enhance a person’s health and well-being. Sports massage helps to improve muscle and skin tone, better circulation, relief from aches and pains associated with muscle tension, such as headaches and increased ability to rid the body of toxins.
