Prepare for some extreme training!
Tone, trim and get fit with our Boot Camp training sessions. Get into fitness and get ready as our fully qualified instructors take you through an hour of cardio and high intensity exercises designed to tone your muscles.
Get the family training together! Your child can join our Athletics Academy whilst you're pushing yourself in Boot Camp, making your weekend's full of family activities.
Friday from 06:00 - 07:00
Wednesday from 19:30 - 20:30
Saturday and Sunday from 09:15 - 10:15
£6.60 per session
Free to all membership holders
Suitable for anyone aged 12 and over
It's important to keep hydrated so please bring plenty of water
Appropriate training gear should be worn
Please make sure you attend the sessions on time so that everyone takes part in the warm up to prevent injuries
