This information is for the following car parks which are operated by Broxbourne Borough Council:

Charges
Charges are in place seven days a week, including Bank Holidays whenever the car parks are open. Charges apply to all vehicles, including motorbikes.

Blue Badge holders
Blue Badge holders can park for free at Pindar, Cheshunt Country Walk and Broxbourne Old Mill and Meadows by displaying their Blue Badge on the dashboard. PLEASE NOTE If you would like to use our wider network of car parks in and around River Lee Country Park please register your details with us to be eligible for free parking.
Please allow seven days for your registration to be activated.

Annual parking permits
In order to ensure continued cover you need to renew your car parking permits at least 7 days prior to the expiry date.
When renewing you permits you will be asked to enter a renewal date, this date should be 12 months from the date your existing permit is due to expire e.g. if your current permit expires on 1 June 2019, you’ll need to enter 31 May 2020.

• At the payment machine within the car park, to be paid when you arrive
How do I appeal if I have received a Penalty Charge Notice?
Please be aware that Lee Valley Regional Park Authority is not involved in the issuing of, or the appeals process for, any Penalty Charge Notice given.
The car parks are run by Broxbourne Borough Council and in the event of a customer appealing their parking charge all appeals are dealt with directly by them. Details are at broxbourne.gov.uk/resident-environment/parking
Lee Valley Regional Park Authority will support an appeal if the customer has abided by and followed the car parking terms and conditions fully.
