Working out the cost of your stay
The easiest way to find out the total cost of your holiday is to click on book now and input your dates and choices. You’ll be shown availability and a price, including any extras for your holiday. Our booking system shows the new prices if booking a stay for April onwards.
Minimum pitch fees apply for bookings on our camping and touring pitches at all of our sites. If your party’s booking is less than the minimum pitch fee, you’ll be charged the relevant pitch fee cost per night, unless you're a backpacker.

Touring and camping pitches
Minimum pitch fee: from £19 to £32
Additional adult: from £9.50 to £16

Service fee (electrical hook up): £7.50
Premium pitch fee (includes water and grey waste connection): £5.50 (service charge fee payable as well)
Large tent surcharge (8+ person tent): £13.50
Backpacker rate (one person without a vehicle): £13 to £17

Hire charges

Fishing equipment: £10. Plus £20 refundable deposit (only available at Lee Valley Caravan Park)

Silver - 4m bell tent for our people: £140 for two nights
Silver - 5m bell tent for our people: £170 for two nights
Gold - 4m bell tent for our people: £160 for two nights
