Lee Valley Aquathlon

The Lee Valley Aquathlon series returns for a third season in 2015.

Whether you are a novice or experienced triathlete, why not challenge yourself to one of our aquathlon events.Taking place within Lee Valley Regional Park, the races will run from May to September.

Starting at Lee Valley White Water Centre, the monthly event involves two race distances of either a 250m or 500m open water swim in the centre's lake followed by a 3k or 5.5k run along a scenic route around River Lee Country Park.

Race 1: SWIM - 250m : RUN - 3km

Race 2: SWIM - 500m : RUN - 5.5km

New in 2015

Series scoring system & prize giving
The series scoring system has been added to the Aquathlon races to offer you the opportunity to compare your results against others in your age group and add that extra competitive edge right up to the end of the season.

The prize giving ceremony will happen on the 1 September in the café at the Lee Valley White Water Centre at 20:30. There will be coffee, tea and cake available for all competitors.

Series dates

If you enjoy your Aquathlon experience, then why not sign up for the other dates within the summer series. All events take place at the Lee Valley White Water Centre and start at 19:30. Please note the September race will start at 19:00.
