Boot Camp
Prepare for some extreme training!

Boot Camp

Tone, trim and get fit with our Boot Camp training sessions. Get into fitness and get ready as our fully qualified instructors take you through an hour of cardio and high intensity exercises designed to tone your muscles.

Get the family training together! Your child can join our Athletics Academy whilst you're pushing yourself in Boot Camp, making your weekend's full of family activities.

Saturday and Sunday from 09:15 - 10:15


£6.60 per session

Free to all membership holders

Essential information

  • Suitable for anyone aged 12 and over
  • It's important to keep hydrated so please bring plenty of water
  • Appropriate training gear should be worn
  • Please make sure you attend the sessions on time so that everyone takes part in the warm up to prevent injuries
  • No need to book, simply turn up and join in!

300m & 400m Hurdles Training Days

Training days are now available for all one-lap hurdlers under the guidance of Lloyd Cowan, Brian Hopkins and various guest coaches.

Athletes from any region, both experienced or new to hurdling are welcome to attend the training sessions.
