Prices
Our peak season includes Good Friday and weekends from 1 May to 30 September 2013. All other days are off peak.
We welcome credit and debit card payments over the phone, online and in person. Effective from 1 April 2013 payment made by credit card is subject to an administration/ transaction fee of £2 per transaction. There is no charge for debit card payments.

We run a number of different sessions and courses for paddlers, for more information including prices please see the relevant links below:
Kayak hire
You can hire kayaks from us at the centre, hire does not include the cost of your session on either our Legacy or Olympic course (you must have taken our Kayaking Competency Assessment and be a member to use these courses).
White water kayak hire
£15 per session
Café bar
Our licensed café bar serves a range of Starbucks coffee, in addition to other hot and cold food and beverages, including beers and wine.

How to get here
We're 10 minutes from the M25 London orbital motorway (either junction 25 or junction 26) and easily accessible from central London on the A10. Free car parking is available at the centre.
By road
From junction 26 of the M25:
Follow the A121 towards Waltham Abbey.
Continue forward over each roundabout.
At T-junction (McDonalds on left) turn left towards Waltham Cross along Highbridge Street.
The entrance to the centre is after approximately 100m on the right.

From junction 25 of the M25:
Join the A10 towards Hertford.
At the first roundabout turn right onto the B198 for Waltham Cross.
Turn right at the next roundabout and left at a further roundabout to join Eleanor Cross Road / Station Road for one mile.
The entrance to the centre is on the left, opposite Jewson’s.

By rail
From Waltham Cross train station:
It's a 25 minute train journey on the East Anglia Line from London Liverpool Street and a 10 minute walk to the centre
Leave Waltham Cross station and follow the pathway to the main road
Turn right along Highbridge Street (away from the roundabout)
Proceed down Station Road for approximately half a mile, the centre is on the left hand side

From Cheshunt train station
It's a 25 minute train journey on the East Anglia Line from London Liverpool Street and a 20 minute walk through River Lee Country Park
Leave Cheshunt station and turn right towards the YHA London Lee Valley and Herts Young Mariners Base. Proceed through Lee Valley Regional Park car park at the bottom of the road
Take the turning into the country park on the right hand side
