What's included?
Our gift vouchers are £55 and valid on peak and off-peak sessions during open season. All equipment is provided, including; wetsuits, boots, helments and buoyancy aids.
Participants will be accompanied by an experienced raft guide who will take them through a safety briefing on our flat water lake and prepare them for tackling the rapids.
With approximately an hour on the Olympic Course with multiple runs down the course it's sure to be an experience they won't forget!
Paddling vouchers
£5 and £10 gift vouchers are available for paddling sessions at Lee Valley White Water Centre.
For those new or less experienced at paddling these can be redeemed on our beginner and progression sessions as well as our Kayaking Competency Assessment.
If you know someone who is already a member these vouchers are perfect for them to gain more time on the water and redeem against a relevant member session on our Legacy Loop or Olympic course.

If you don't want to join in the action you can sit back and watch as they paddle their way down the course from our terrace and enjoy something to eat or drink from our licenced cafe bar.
Essential information

Rafters must be at least 14 years of age, under 18 stone. You must agree to our T & C's and Centre Rules.

Any rafters aged between 14 - 18 must have our Parent Consent Form signed by their legal parent/guardian before being able to raft at the centre.

Gift Vouchers are valid during open season until December 2013.

Please arrive 30 minutes before your start time and allow three to four hours for the whole rafting experience.

White water rafting is an extreme sport, while navigating the course you could well take a tumble into grade 4 rapids, where you will do some extreme swimming before being helped back aboard your raft.

Equipment is provided - just bring your swimmers and a towel.

During your rafting experience you will need to remove jewellery and any items of value. To avoid risk of loss or damage please leave valuables at home.
