Lee Valley VeloPark  
Famed in the cycling world for being the site of amazing success in London 2012, Lee Valley VeloPark is home to four cycling disciplines to suit all riders. As well as the indoor VeloStudio for all the spinning fanatics. Sessions are just waiting for you. 
 
 
Lee Valley White Water Centre
After seeing the success of the Canoe Slalom team at Lee Valley White Water Centre in June, who wouldn’t want to take up kayaking? There are courses designed for both adults and children as well as bespoke kayaking tuition for those rusty paddlers, this summer is looking splashing! Just want a taste of the water? Raft Adventures are the perfect summer activity! With all the kit provided, you’ll be laughing and cheering all the way down the course.  
 
Lee Valley Athletics Centre
Where sporting greats are made! Whether you’re toning up or an athlete in training, Lee Valley Athletics Centre has a wealth of knowledge and high class equipment that will get you up and running … literally.
 
Lee Valley Riding Centre
Did you know we’ve an idyllic horse riding venue in East London? Located just off of Lea Bridge Road, Lee Valley Riding Centre provides a safe and happy place for people to learn amazing skills. You can relive your childhood memories, start off your riding career or even get the kids on horse back. 
 
Lee Valley Ice Centre 
Down the road from Lee Valley Riding Centre is Lee Valley Ice Centre! With public skating sessions and courses running throughout the year, this venue is perfect for everyone wanting to take to the ice.

You don't have to be into sport to use the park. Getting active is proven to make people smile and it just involves you putting your shoes on.
 
Place to go
River Lee Country Park 

This 1,000 acre country park is packed full of activities! From artworks to discover to disc golf or even just enjoying the silence of the great outdoors, this area of the park has it all.

Walthamstow Marshes

This marsh is a home to rare and much loved wildlife in the city. From being one of three site the rare Creeping Marshwort can be found as we'll as home to the illusive Water Vole, this site is a wildlife lovers dream.

Tottenham Marshes 

With stretches of pathways taking you up and down the park - both by foot and bike, you can explore the true meaning of Lee Valley Regional Park

We've free two guided walks over the summer:
Meadows and Explosions – 27 July
Discover the beautiful transformation of Gunpowder Park from former MOD site to lush open green space. 
 Up, Up and Away – 11 August 
Take this leisurely walk from Lee Valley Park Farms around River Lee Country Park and uncover all the hidden sections on the way.

Walking routes, cycling routes and nature trails are our bread a butter! Find a route close to you today and discover your part of Lee Valley Regional Park. 
Cycle rides
Cycling is the perfect way to explore the park! In partnership with Epping Forest District Council, we’ve several Cycling for Health bike rides running through River Lee Country Park. Find out the date on the Facebook event

Too much activity to pack into one day? We know how you’re feeling! We’ve a range of different accommodation available up and down the park – from tents to luxury lodges! 
 
 
Fancy a wild stay in the great outdoors? Well, Lee Valley Almost Wild Campsite, Broxbourne is just the ticket! Situated on its little island in Hertfordshire, this woodland retreat gets it’s ‘almost’ wild name because you’ll have cold running water, some solar light and even a composting loos.
